A message from the Founder:
I have been blessed to work with some inspiring organisations and amazing women since I started Pathway to Potential in 2009. I have had a passion for women’s development and social justice ever since university and have spent many years searching for a way to contribute to women’s lives that would make a fundamental transformation and not just a short-term fix. Development has been so focused on ‘alleviating poverty’ that we often forget that people in developing countries are individuals with their own strength, beauty and potential that is just waiting to emerge given the right support and space. Pathway to Potential is my offering to the beautiful women of this world that they may shine and thrive in their lives as I continue to learn and grow from being in their presence.
